Artist's Comments
I tend to get stuck in two specific pitfalls when I draw. One is that every damn thing I make turns out looking cutesy-wutesy even when it should _not_, and the other is that I often overwork the image until all feeling is lost in it. This was an exercise in working against these faults of mine.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
